Leaves

Leaves

       A leaf is a part of a plant.  The longst leaf can be 9 feet long!   
Wow! That's taller than the tallest man.  Lily Pads is a leaf.  The smallest leaf is a few inches long.  Wow! That's as long as a Wasp.
A leaf grows on a plant. Animals also eat leaves. The tallest tree is Red Wood, it is 300 ft. tall.  Wow! That's as tall as 3 story building.
